General Requirements

🚗 Transportation

  • Valid CA driver's license with clean DMV record
  • Valid car registration and proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation throughout service areas

📋 Background

  • Clean criminal record
  • DOJ Clearance (LIVE SCAN)
  • TB Clearance

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk, sit, run, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently
  • Agility and quick reflexes for behavioral emergencies

📄 Documents Required at Hire

  • Resume and academic diploma
  • Copy of certification (RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA)
  • I-9 form with identity documentation
  • Proof of auto insurance and driver's license
